Chapter 392 The End of the Primordial Era (50 monthly tickets plus more, I beg for rewards!)
The Qin Emperor's Palace, the Pearl Palace.
Tonight, Zheng Ge went to the other concubines' palaces to rest. The lights in the Pearl Palace were turned off, and they fell into a sweet dream early in the cold wind outside. However, at midnight, the Pearl Palace was still bright, and the clear light cast several shadows on the windows, and there were people guarding the door.
Bang!
In the bedroom, the owner of Mingzhu Pavilion: Madam Mingzhu, the commander of the Imperial Chariot: Zhao Gao, and the eighteenth prince: Hu Hai, two adults and one child, sat together. Madam Mingzhu's beautiful eyes with ambiguous spring water, Zhao Gao's narrow triangular eyes with a fierce light, and Hu Hai's heterochromatic pupils, stared at each other silently.
The entire bedroom was shrouded in an impenetrable heaviness, creating an endless sense of oppression.
After an unknown amount of time, the youngest, Hu Hai, suddenly exploded when he learned that the Wushuang Jun Tianxuanzi, whom he had never liked, was actually his long-lost fourth brother. A one-foot-long and seven-inch-high jade sculpture, carefully carved from a whole piece of beautiful jade, fell into Hu Hai's hands and he smashed it to the ground, breaking it into pieces.
"Father, what on earth do you think?"
A jade carving worth at least 100 taels of gold became a tool for Hu Hai to vent his anger. After smashing the jade carving, Hu Hai was still furious and cursed angrily.
"Even if Tian Xuanzi is your son, so what? He has been living abroad for so many years, why do you still recognize him? The king is the king, and the minister is the minister. How can you let a minister become the prince of my Great Qin?"
"Hai'er, don't talk nonsense." When Madam Mingzhu heard Hu Hai's rebellious words directed at Zheng Ge, although there was some agreement in her eyes, she still scolded her precious son.
"Mother, I won't accept this!" Hu Hai threw himself into his mother's arms, hugged her tightly without any distinction between men and women, and buried his head in Madam Mingzhu's arms. "The revelation of Tian Xuanzi's life story means that I have one more enemy in my quest for the position of crown prince!"
"Mr. Eighteen, please be patient."
Zhao Gao, who was standing by, saw that although Hu Hai was already grown up, he still subconsciously threw himself into his mother's arms when something happened. There was a hint of disdain in his eyes, but he looked comforted.
"The ones who should be most worried about the Fourth Young Master's return are not us, but the eldest Young Master Fusu, who used to be a good friend of the Fourth Young Master!"
Madam Mingzhu gently patted her precious son's shoulder and echoed Zhao Gao's words, "Hai'er, your master is right. It turns out that the position of the crown prince of the Qin Empire is fought between you and Fusu, and now there is another fourth son, Tianxuanzi. In their view, the threat you pose to them is far less than that of the other party."
"Mother, Master, is it true?" After hearing the words from the two people he trusted most, Hu Hai raised his head from his mother's arms and said excitedly.
Zhao Gao's eyes swept over Hu Hai, who was in his teens but looked like a five or six-year-old child who was still not weaned, and said in a deep voice: "Eighteenth Young Master, in my opinion, we might as well let the eldest young master fight with the fourth young master. When they are both defeated, you can reap the benefits." "Okay." Hu Hai accepted Zhao Gao's suggestion without hesitation.
...............
Bashu Tower.
In the past, Tianxuan had just arrived in Guanzhong and was adopted by Lao Cangtou, who had been a personal soldier of Bai Qi, the Marquis of Wu'an. However, he lived a very poor life. In order to support his family and promote himself, Tianxuan, through Lao Cangtou's relationship, started telling stories in Bashulou, a restaurant opened by Bai's daughter-in-law, Widow Qing.
As time goes by, time is like the endless flowing waves, just as Confucius said, it will never come back once it is gone.
Although "Honghuang" is long, it has an end.
The winter mornings were extremely cold, and the water vapor from the Jing River, Wei River and other rivers was swept up by the cold wind and fell on the skin, leaving tiny wounds. As the most popular restaurant in Xianyang City, with the bonus of the prehistoric times, even in such weather, Bashulou's business was still very hot.
On the high platform where Tianxuan was standing, there stood a pretty girl of about fifteen or sixteen years old. She imitated Tianxuan and spoke in a gentle and charming way. It seemed that she could lead the audience to the magnificent battlefield of the Conferred Gods where the immortals fought each other with her words:
"A hazy fragrant mist and colorful clouds appear, and the streets are filled with songs celebrating peace. Auspicious light from the north pole covers the earth, and purple air from the south surrounds the golden city.
All the immortals will ascend to fruit on this day, and all the saints will return to chastity in the Ming Dynasty. The ancients have worshiped and worshiped the far away, and let Guoyong clarify from now on.
Jiang Ziya used the earth escape to arrive in front of Yuxu Palace, but did not dare to enter without permission. After a while, the white crane boy came out, saw Jiang Ziya, and asked hurriedly, "Master, why are you here?" Jiang Ziya said, "Please inform him, I'm here to see you." The boy hurried into the palace, and said to Biyou's bed, "My lord, Master Jiang is outside the palace and wants to see you." Yuanshi Tianzun said, "Let him in." The boy came out and told Jiang Ziya. Jiang Ziya entered the palace, came to Biyou's bed, and bowed down: "Disciple Jiang Shang wishes the teacher a long life! Today, the disciple went up the mountain to pay homage to the teacher, and asked for the jade talisman and the imperial edict to confer the rank of the loyal ministers and filial sons who died in battle and the gods who encountered disasters as soon as possible, so that their souls would not be left alone and wait all day. I beg the teacher to be merciful and grant it quickly. The gods are lucky! The disciple is lucky!" Yuanshi said: "I already know. You go back first, and the talisman will arrive at the Conferred God Platform soon. You go back quickly." Jiang Ziya bowed his head to thank him and left. Jiang Ziya left Yuxu Palace and returned to Xiqi; the next day, he went to the court to pay homage to King Wu and prepared to talk about the Conferred God: "The teacher will send someone to bring it." Unconsciously, time passed quickly, and it was not just one day. That day, the sky was filled with loud and clear music, incense, banners, feathered umbrellas, and yellow turbans and strong men came. The White Crane Boy personally brought the talisman to the prime minister's residence. How can we know? There is a poem to prove it:
The golden talisman of the Zifu descends to the jade platform, and the three platforms are covered with feathers and banners.Lei Wen's fire fights are divided into successive order, and the stars are listed in order.
The selflessness of picketing is called the highest virtue, and it breeds self-sequence and long-term talents.Immortals, gods, men and ghosts will be determined from now on, and the dynasty will not fall into the grass.
Jiang Ziya received the jade talisman and the golden edict and placed them on the incense table. After paying his respects to Yuxu Palace, the Yellow Turban Warrior and the White Crane Boy said goodbye to Jiang Ziya and returned to Kunlun. No further details. Jiang Ziya personally carried the talisman and the golden edict and used the earth escape technique to go to Qishan. In a gust of wind, he had already reached the Conferred God Platform. The Pure and Blessed God Bai Jian came to receive Jiang Ziya. Jiang Ziya carried the talisman and the golden edict into the Conferred God Platform and placed it in the middle. He ordered Wu Ji and Nangong Shi to "set up the eight trigrams paper flags to suppress the directions and the stems and branches." He also ordered the two to lead three thousand troops and horses to line up according to the five directions. After Jiang Ziya gave the instructions, he bathed and changed his clothes, held the golden tripod for incense, poured wine and offered flowers, and walked around the platform three times. After Jiang Ziya finished worshipping the edict, he ordered the Pure and Blessed God Bai Jian to wait at the bottom of the altar. Jiang Ziya then began to read the edict of Yuanshi Tianzun of Yuxu Palace:
'The Supreme Wuji Hunyuan Sect Master Yuanshi Tianzun said: Alas! The road between immortals and mortals is back, how can it be passed without thick pecking order; the road between gods and ghosts is divided, how can it be coveted by flatterers and evildoers. Even if you practice Qi and refine your body on the island, you have not killed the three corpses, and you will eventually return to the calamity five hundred years later; if you always hold the truth and keep the oneness in the mysterious gate, if you have not transcended the Yang God, it will be difficult to keep the appointment with the three thousand Yaochi. Therefore, although you have heard the truth, you have not achieved Bodhi. You have the intention to practice, but you have not gotten rid of greed and ignorance; you have entered the sainthood, but it is difficult to get rid of anger. You must wait until the past sins accumulate and the calamity comes. Some people use their mortal bodies to serve the country with loyalty; some people bring disaster upon themselves because of anger. The cycle of life and death is endless; the karma and grievances chase each other, and the retribution is endless. I feel very sorry for you! I pity that your bodies are on the sharp edge, and you are sinking into the sea of suffering. Although your hearts are loyal, you are always drifting without support. I have specially ordered Jiang Shang to appoint you as the eight gods according to the severity of your calamity and your qualifications. You will be in charge of different departments, and you will be in charge of the heavens, investigating the good and evil in the world, and reporting the merits and deeds of the three realms. You will be in charge of disasters and blessings. You will be free from death and death from now on. You will be promoted according to your merits. You should strictly abide by the great rules, do not act selfishly, and do not bring faults to your relatives. You will always receive the precious scrolls and always hold the silk. Therefore, I have ordered you to obey! '
After Jiang Ziya finished reading the imperial edict, he placed the talisman on the table, then he was fully armored, holding the apricot yellow flag in his left hand and the divine whip in his right hand. He stood in the middle and shouted, "Bai Jian, please hang up the 'Investiture of the Gods' below the stage. All gods should come in order and no one should interfere and cause trouble." Bai Jian received the imperial edict and hung up the Investiture of the Gods below the stage. ..."
