Chapter 97: The Wild Boar Fell
The wild boar was roaring anxiously because of the pain in its eyes. When it heard the animal calls, it followed the sound without thinking and found the patrolman lying on the ground groaning. It dragged him out, biting, kicking, and hitting him until the man became a rag doll, unable to make any sound. Only then did it calm down a little.
Most of the animals in pet shops are quite friendly. When they saw this scene, some were so scared that they kept silent, while others were not afraid. All of a sudden, all the cats and dogs started screaming.
"Meow meow."
"Wang Wang Wang!"
The wild boars looked at the animals locked in cages or tied with ropes. They could not stand the provocation from these pets and growled threateningly at them.
The threat was very effective. The animals that knew the situation shut their mouths obediently. Only the Teddy dog was still barking wildly, showing no fear at all.
The shop owner, a young man, finally couldn't help it, and ran out from the inside of the shop with trembling legs. He covered Teddy's dog's mouth with one hand, and glanced at the bloody man outside who was still breathing slightly. He swallowed his saliva and whispered.
"Chocolate, calm down!"
Teddy continued to whimper and growl.
But compared to Teddy, the wild boar was obviously more interested in humans, and slowly approached while grunting.
"Fuck, Brother Gou, how about you help me negotiate?" The man was horrified, looking at the Teddy in his arms.
Teddy licked the palm of the man's hand, making the man mistakenly believe that this dog was also psychic, or maybe even a low-key dog king. Otherwise, why would it continue to provoke when other animals were afraid of the threat and kept silent?
Thinking of this, he let go of Teddy's hand and let it run towards the wild boar.
“Woof woof woof—woof!”
Teddy's shouting came to an abrupt end as he was hit by a wild boar at an indescribable speed, as if he had been hit by a car. He flew out directly, and it was unknown whether he was alive or dead.
Maybe the Teddy had a good circle of friends. Once it was attacked, the other animals started yelling, and even the Husky put on a serious look as if it was about to launch an attack.
But these animals are not some supernatural creatures that are popular now, so how can they be opponents of such a super wild boar, unless...
At this moment, the man thought of the cat.
"Meow-!"
As if in response to what the man was thinking, a strange but powerful meow was heard outside the door, which immediately attracted the wild boar's attention.
The man could see that the person standing outside was the "extraordinary cat" from before, and next to it was a smaller orange cat. If he guessed correctly, it was the child that the extraordinary cat had taken away from him.
So could it be that this little cat also inherited extraordinary blood?
Although the wild boar does not think that such a small pudding would be an opponent, when faced with provocation, it will make the opponent shut up forever just like it did when it knocked the little Teddy away.
The man's hooves stomped on the ground, causing the tiles he had carefully selected to crack. The wild boar grunted and launched a brutal charge.
Yiziyan kicked the orange cat beside him away slightly, then jumped and rode on the back of the wild boar that was charging towards him. His sharp claws directly pierced into its back muscles, stabilizing his body, like a charging boar knight.
The wild boar felt pain. It was the first time its defense was broken, and its blood oozed out from between its claws.
The wild boar immediately stopped charging and started swinging its back wildly, trying to knock one of its eyes off.
But Yitui held on to the pork tightly and refused to let go, using his hands, feet and mouth, making the wild boar scream in pain.
The wild boar had no choice but to use its back to ram around, even knocking down an iron gate.
Looking at the sharp design on the top of the iron gate, Yiyan had a rather rough idea.
One-Eye found the right moment and dug out both of the wild boar's eyes fiercely, causing the wild boar to let out a sharp wail and his movements became more intense. One-Eye took advantage of the situation and landed on the ground, standing in front of the spear-like tip of the iron gate, and shouted provocatively at the wild boar whose vision was already blurred.
"Meow!"
"Hehehehe!"
The wild boar rushed towards the direction where the cat was meowing like crazy, and with a light jump, it left the danger range.
Swish! Clang!
Several complex noises were heard, and the iron gate had been deformed, but because there was a wall behind it, it was not knocked away.
The wild boar had been pierced into the mouth by the iron spear head, and the depth seemed to have reached at least the lungs. Its limbs were stiff and twitching from time to time, blood kept oozing out from the corners of its mouth, and faint groans were intermittent. It was obvious that it was dying.
For the first time, One-Eye began to doubt his power.
My strength is obviously not as good as this guy's, but in the end, it seems that I still survived. Why is that?
After the battle, Yiyan's tension eased a little. He looked around and found that his child was missing.
"Meow meow!"
It called out a few times before it could barely hear a weak response.
Following the sound, it found an orange cat lying on the ground with blood at the corner of its mouth. Its limbs were twitching slightly, and its tongue was constantly licking its nose, and it could only make a low, hoarse meow.
One Eye moved closer and circled around it a few times, remembering that he seemed to have heard a scream when he was on the wild boar's back. Could it be that it was hit at that time?
The orange cat stretched out its trembling claws and tried to get up, but failed.
One-Eye said a few words of comfort to the child, picked it up by the scruff of the neck, looked back at where the other two children were, and without any reluctance ran towards his home in the mountains and forests.
After carrying the child back to the small cave in the woods, Yiyan carefully placed the orange cat on the haystack. The orange cat's breath was getting weaker and weaker at this time. The saliva and blood at the corners of its mouth were mixed together and were about to drip. Its eyes no longer had the usual spirit, as if it would fall asleep in the next second.
Yiziyan was a little anxious, but he didn't have any good solution. He could only lick the orange cat's body. Finding no external injuries, he ran out again, trying to find some grass leaves from his memory instinctively, although the function of those grass leaves was generally only to deal with gastrointestinal discomfort.
When One-Eye finally found some herbs and returned to the vicinity of the cave, it smelled a strong unfamiliar odor. Becoming alert, it immediately put down the herbs and slowed down its pace.
"Haha!"
One-Eye let out a warning growl and jumped onto a tree. He saw a two-legged beast coming out of the cave at some point in time, and his child was also caught by the beast and placed on the ground.
"Meow!"
How could Yiyan endure it any longer? He jumped suddenly and was determined to give this ungrateful two-legged beast a little cat shock.
But he didn't expect that this two-legged beast, which had its back to him, actually reached out its hand precisely towards the direction where he was pouncing and grabbed it.
"Meow meow--"
One eye was controlled.
