Chapter 5 You Leave with Kakarot
"Belsay, listen to me." Jine stepped forward and took Belsay's hand and sat down. "When Bardock came back, he heard something that Frieza was asking around for Super Saiyans and Super Saiyan Gods. Nowadays, more and more Saiyans are returning to Planet Vegeta... Bardock said he had a bad feeling that Frieza might do something bad to us Saiyans. So Bardock and I weighed the pros and cons carefully, and it's best for you and Kakarot to leave Planet Vegeta as soon as possible."
"I'm going to steal a mini spaceship. You and Kakarot are small, so it's no problem for you to squeeze on one spaceship." Bardock said as he quietly opened the door, closed it quietly, and disappeared into the night.
Looking at Bardock's leaving back, Belsay's eyes turned red and tears almost fell.
Belsay never imagined that Bardock and Gine would agree to send himself and Kakarot to another planet together.
You really treat me as your own son?
"Belsay, these are just speculations made by Bardock and me. You should leave Planet Vegeta first. If we are overthinking it, we will bring you and Kakarot back immediately." Gine comforted softly.
Berset nodded vigorously.
Waited about 10 minutes.
Bardock quietly opened the door and signaled with his eyes to Gine who was in the room.
Gine immediately went to the incubator and took Kakarot out.
Kakarot had fallen asleep.
Gine held Kakarot in her arms, held Belsay's hand with her right hand, and walked out.
Berset saw the spherical spaceship parked at the door at a glance, and his heart was suddenly excited.
Are we finally leaving this planet?
No, something doesn't seem right!
Berset had a feeling of uneasiness.
Jine quietly put Kakarot into the spaceship.
"Follow me, Bell." Jine whispered to Bell.
Berset nodded.
Bardock said nothing, stepped forward, picked up the spaceship and flew into the sky.
Jine followed closely behind, pulling Belsay with her.
Not long after, Belsay saw an uninhabited area with towering rocks.
"Come to think of it, you're actually worried about Belsay and Kakarot. That's not like a Saiyan at all." Gine broke the silence with a smile.
"Maybe I was infected by your naivety." Bardock said lightly, looked around to see that there was no one around, and slowly descended from the air carrying the spaceship.
Kakarot seemed to be awakened and started crying in the spaceship.
"Boom boom boom!"
Kakarot even kept punching the wall of the spaceship with his fists.
"Stop it, Kakarot." Jine said to Kakarot.
Belsay stepped forward and made a face at Kakarot.
Kakarot bared his teeth and grinned foolishly, then he calmed down a little.
"Belsay still has a solution." Jine smiled, then her face became serious again, "Bardock, why don't we run away with us?"
"It's useless. The detector will find us soon." Bardock said, and took another deep look at Belsay, and explained, "Belsay's combat power is only a little over 100, so he will be fine! And once our combat power exceeds 300, we are all considered combatants. Jinei, in fact, with your combat power, you can go out and participate in the battle."
"I don't like fighting, I only like doing logistics." Jine smiled and shook her head, "Besides, my combat power is only a little over 600. At this age, I can only be considered a low-level warrior."
Bardock said no more and opened the hatch of the spaceship.
As soon as the hatch of the spaceship opened, Kakarot jumped out of the spaceship and pounced on Belsay.
"Kakarot, stop messing around. When you get to the outer space, listen to Brother Belsay." Jine rubbed Kakarot's head, patted Belsay's shoulder gently, and went forward to operate the spaceship. She explained, "The program is set to go to a distant planet called Earth. There is plenty of food there, but the people and resources are of no value. It is a good planet that is not eye-catching."
Berset looked at Gine deeply with a complicated expression.
It turned out to be going to the earth!
"Belsay, take Kakarot up quickly." Jine urged, "If it's just Bardock and I who are worrying too much, Bardock will go to Earth to pick you up soon. Bardock is a fighter, and when he goes to fight on alien planets, he can go to Earth and bring you back." Belsay's expression became extremely solemn, and he hugged Kakarot and stuffed him into the spaceship.
However, Berset did not go in and remained outside.
"Belsay, hurry up and get on the spaceship," Jine urged again, "When we get to Earth, tell Kakarot not to stare at the moon for too long!"
"I'm not going." Berset shook his head decisively.
"Huh? Why?" Gine was stunned and looked at Berset in confusion.
Bardock was slightly startled and looked over silently.
"If Kakarot and I were on a spaceship, we would probably be shot down by Frieza's men." Belsay's eyes showed a hint of determination, and he smiled wryly, "After all, my combat power has reached 100, which is likely to attract Frieza's attention."
"It's okay. Didn't Bardock say it? Your combat power is only 100, and you're not even a fighter. Frieza won't make things difficult for you." Gine persuaded.
"I have made up my mind. I want to stay." Berset said with a firm look.
Belsay didn't want Kakarot to perish because of his own reasons.
Just as Belset expected, if he and Kakarot were really squeezed on a spaceship, there would be at least a 90% chance that he would be shot down by Frieza.
In that case, not only would Kakarot die in outer space, but Belsay himself would also die.
It's better to stay and wait for Weiss.
Maybe Weiss will taste my delicious food and come to pick me up.
Although this hope is slim, it's better than killing Kakarot, right?
After all, Gine and Bardock treat me like their own children.
A person cannot be without conscience!
"Bardock, please say something and try to persuade Belsay to leave with Kakarot." Gine said to Bardock anxiously.
"No need, I really don't want to leave!" Belset looked very decisive.
"Since Belsay refuses to leave, then let him stay. Maybe I'm really worrying too much." Bardock thought about it seriously and rubbed Belsay's head again.
"Okay then." Jine nodded, with reluctance in her voice, "Actually, I can't bear to leave Belsay either."
"Kakarot, goodbye." Belsay waved goodbye to Kakarot in the spaceship.
"You must survive." Jine came forward.
"Goodbye..." Bardock forced a smile.
Kakarot's eyes widened, his hands tightly grasping the transparent cover of the spaceship, looking at Jinai, then at Belsay, and whispered softly: "Mom... Belsay brother..."
As for Bardock, Kakarot was relatively unfamiliar with this person because they were rarely together.
Jinei turned her back, two lines of crystal tears streaming down her face.
Bardock gritted his teeth and pressed the start button of the spaceship.
"call out!"
The spacecraft streaked across the night sky, broke through the atmosphere in an instant, and entered the vast universe.
Bardock gently hugged his sobbing wife, looked up at the bright spots in the sky, and remained silent.
Gine placed her hand on Bersay's shoulder and wiped her tears with her other hand.
The three men's tails moved with the wind.
A gust of wind blew by, bringing a bit of coolness.
