Chapter 24 I Need Guns, Lots of Guns
Wearing a dark windbreaker, Link jumped off his balcony.
"Cool, snap, snap"
The figure flashed, and suddenly a compact red and white fighter plane flew towards Hell's Kitchen...
After Link landed and walked through the familiar alley, he still encountered the black bacteria that grew in this dirty land.
They huddle in dark and damp corners, using chemicals to numb their minds, their arms covered with pinholes, interpreting their hazy dreams.
But when they saw Link's familiar Asian face, several of them quickly recognized the "devil" in front of them, and without looking back, they scrambled away, leaving their companions who were still in high spirits behind.
He looked with disgust at the Momen who was slumped in the corner like a pile of mud that couldn't be lifted up against the wall.
Link took out his Beretta 92 expressionlessly. Under the dim street light, a glimmer of silver light appeared.
Aim at the head and shoot accurately.
"Bang bang bang-"
In an instant, Link injected 9mm of powerful anesthetic into Mo, who was still immersed in the ecstasy in his mind, and gave him a long sleep of 25 hours, executing euthanasia.
They stared with dilated pupils, a blood hole appeared between their eyebrows, and bright red blood slowly flowed on their dark skin.
Crossing the corpses scattered on the ground, Link walked quickly towards Brad's underground base.
But the closer they got, the gloomier Link's heart became.
The messy but dense footprints of strangers along the way;
The smoke reaction and bullet hole marks left on the wall;
The air is filled with the rich smell of purple garlic from across the ocean (this variety has the highest allicin content).
It was obvious that a large-scale battle had broken out here.
I'm afraid Brad has met with an accident.
But considering his "character halo" and his identity as the "owner of the Daywalker bloodline", the possibility of his death is extremely low. It is likely that he was taken away after suffering a lot.
Link walked quickly through the winding underground passage and down the winding steps.
I came to the familiar iron gate, but the heavy iron gate had fallen to the ground.
There was a faint smell of sulfur in the air and carbon-black explosion marks on the ground.
All of these indicate that these vampires came with ill intentions and used unconventional means such as explosives to open this seemingly ordinary but sturdy door.
Holding the weapon in his hand and pointing the muzzle forward, Link slowly entered the safe house.
He scanned the surroundings, trying to find some valuable information.
But unfortunately, there seemed to be nothing left in the house except for the messy traces of fighting and the damage everywhere.
Suddenly, Link heard a strange noise not far away. He narrowed his eyes slightly, held the gun in his hand, and moved closer.
The only sounds in the silent safe house were the creepy chewing and swallowing sounds.
"crunch..."
What came into view was a pale, naked "human"
He/it had his/her back to Link, squatting on the ground and wantonly gnawing on a piece of frozen pork that was randomly placed on the ground.
Link deliberately kicked the cans scattered on the ground, wanting to confirm the identity of this "person".
The sound of the metal can rolling obviously attracted the "person" who was enjoying the food - the chewing and swallowing sounds stopped.
It slowly turned its head, and Link saw its horrible and ugly face clearly.
The mandibles were "blooming" like a piranha plant, with dense circles of sharp teeth arranged like the gills of a lamprey, and the slender scarlet tongue was swinging in the air, and the skin was full of wrinkles.
Its dark pupils, without any white in them, stared at Link, a living being, and suddenly it roared.
"Ah ah ah ah ah"
He quickly crawled towards Link on all fours.
"Bang bang bang-"
Link quickly picked up the gun in his hand and pulled the trigger. Hot silver bullets kept coming out of the gun.
Two shots in the chest and one in the head, even the gods shook their heads when they saw it.
The powerful stopping force brought by the bullet caused this monster, which was obviously different from a normal vampire, to lose its momentum and fell to the ground.
He walked forward cautiously, but Link did not rashly turn over the monster's corpse to look for useful information.
"Bang bang bang-"
Without sparing any bullets, Link continued to shoot at the monster's limb joints until they were completely broken to prevent it from resurrecting.
"Ah ...
But it lost its limbs and could only wriggle feebly like a maggot, while the flesh and blood on its smashed head was still moving slowly.
Link walked forward, stepped on the throbbing limbs, pulled out an iron rod placed beside him and pressed it against his back.
I applied a little force, but still felt some resistance.
"Pfft"
But the thick iron rod still penetrated the monster's body and nailed it to the ground.
“It’s quite lively.”
"Why do I remember that vampires shouldn't have such strong vitality..."
"This isn't Raccoon City. How come it looks like a famous Umbrella product?"
The sharp-eyed Link quickly saw the obvious stitches on the monster's abdomen, as well as the complex barcode and number that seemed to be laser-etched on the smooth back of its head.
Link flicked his wrist, exerting a little force.
"Click"
The mechanism was activated, and a sharp and narrow sword was ejected.
Holding the knife handle, Link cut open the suture.
I saw the hollowed-out abdominal cavity and a blood-stained note.
There was a piece of address information written on it, and Link couldn't help but complain.
"Damn, with all this going on, I really thought we were going through a dungeon!"
After writing down the information on the note, Link turned to look at the monster on the ground.
After a long period of blood loss and the destruction of several important organs, this monster, which had extremely strong vitality, finally died completely.
As for why Link knew?
It must have been [Destroy the Corpse〈Excellent (Blue)〉] who told me,
Link stretched out his index finger and made a gun shape, then spoke.
"boom--"
The monster corpses on the ground suddenly began to collapse like sand, completely decomposing into light black particles.
After dealing with all this, Link did not leave. He turned around and looked up at the slightly flashing red dot on the ceiling of the safe house.
The finger turned into a "gun" and pointed, speaking disdainfully,
"Look at your horse."
"Wait for me, I'm sure you won't be able to have a good time when I come!"
Then, Link bent his middle finger slightly and a small stone popped out, smashing the camera on the ceiling.
I took out my cell phone, recalled the contact information that the "scavenger" had left for me, and made a call.
"Hello? Are you there?"
"Yes, yes, I am Yan Shuangying,"
"I need guns. Lots of guns."
