Chapter 151: Ororo's Collapse
boom!
A huge rock instantly knocked a soldier flying, and his body fell heavily into a house nearby that was crumbling under the hurricane.
Bricks and stones shattered, houses collapsed, soldiers spit out mouthfuls of blood, looking at the tornado that looked like a natural disaster with ferocious faces.
He took out the grenade in his hand and threw it hard at the tornado. This move made the mercenaries on the side look terrified.
With a muffled sound, the tornado that had stopped in front of the villagers seemed to be unharmed, while screams one after another filled the land.
"You are crazy!"
The mercenary captain yelled angrily. He looked at the two soldiers who were lying on the ground and screaming. The tornado was too close to them. Most of them could only barely maintain their bodies. The grenade was swept aside before it flew into the tornado and exploded on the side of the crowd.
Several mercenaries hiding there were shot instantly. Apart from the group of natives who were also attacked, the casualties occurred again and the mercenary captain wanted to shoot the irrational soldier.
However, the next scene made his eyes light up. He had been observing the tornado and noticed that the whirlwind, which was gradually growing in size, seemed to be swaying and was rapidly disappearing at a speed visible to the naked eye.
"This monster can't hold on any longer! Everybody get ready!"
As his voice fell, all the soldiers with terrified expressions were shocked. Some of them even stood up, pulled up the natives beside them, and then kicked at the huge whirlwind.
Amid the natives' screams of fear, his body flew up in an instant, but in a moment, he landed steadily on the ground. When he reacted, he staggered and tried to get away, but with a gunshot, he was shot in the middle of the eyebrows, and his body leaned forward and fell heavily to the ground.
All the natives had sad faces as they looked in despair at the whirlwind that was becoming increasingly calmer. A black girl with white hair fell heavily to the ground. Her lips were a little pale and she looked fiercely at the soldiers who were rushing towards them.
Four guns were pointed at her head, however, there was no panic or fear on the girl's face, only endless anger. From time to time, she looked at the village chief lying in a pool of blood among the natives, with a trace of sadness in her eyes.
"He is your father?"
The mercenary captain pulled away a soldier with a nervous face, and looked at the pretty girl with deep eyes. Although she was black, the girl's appearance was the best he had seen since he came to this place.
"Bah! You damn invaders."
"Boss, let's kill her, this guy is a monster!"
A soldier said with some resentment. He used the butt of his gun to knock the girl who was trying to get up to the ground. The soldier who just fell was his friend.
"Kill those useless natives first."
Seeing that the girl seemed unable to resist, the mercenary captain chuckled.
"Wait, let them go, you must be here to find the pyramid, I know where it is!"
The girl said angrily, glaring fiercely at the mercenary leader who seemed peaceful but was actually the most vicious.
She is a pickpocket from a local gang. Recently, for unknown reasons, groups of mercenaries have been frequently appearing in Cairo, Egypt. They have looted pyramids one after another and stolen a large amount of gold and silver treasures. Sensing that something was wrong, she immediately returned to her hometown, but she didn't expect to encounter such a scene.
In a hurry, she had no choice but to use the ability she didn't want to use. However, it seemed that because she didn't use this ability too much in her daily life, she fell into a state of exhaustion after only hastily controlling the wind and thunder for a moment.
At this moment, she could only helplessly hope that the information in her mind could bring a glimmer of hope. Thanks to the identities of her gang members, she knew a lot of information in this regard. She understood the cruelty and greed of these mercenaries better than the ordinary people in Egypt. "Hmm?"
The girl's words instantly brightened the eyes of several mercenaries. They all looked at the mercenary leader, waiting for his response.
"The pyramids, haha, are just tombs built by you ignorant natives. They also have different levels. Our targets are not those that have been plundered!"
"No, the pyramid I'm talking about is different from those giant pyramids. It is in an extremely secret place. Because of strange rumors, no one dares to touch it until now. If you want to find wealth, you will definitely get what you want there!"
Ororo said angrily.
"Haha, do you think we will believe it if you say that?"
The mercenary captain's smile instantly disappeared, and he looked at the girl grimly. You know, every loss of a soldier would leave a bad mark on his performance, and because of this girl, he could be said to have suffered heavy losses.
He stopped the soldiers from killing her, not to save her, but to torture her slowly so that he could relieve the hatred in his heart.
"kill!"
He gave the order without hesitation. Amid Ororo's hoarse roar, all the mercenaries grinned grimly and pointed their guns at the natives, whose faces showed numbness and fear.
Bang bang bang!
Countless flowers of blood flew up, and the group of people who had been kneeling on the ground and dared not resist fell down one after another like wheat heads blown by the wind, accompanied by screams one after another. The whole scene looked bloody and cruel.
However, this group of soldiers who were reaping lives all had exaggerated smiles on their faces. One of the soldiers even whistled while taking out a grenade from his side, jokingly pulled out the line of fire, and then threw it into the area where the crowd was most concentrated.
With a muffled sound, three people were blown away in an instant. There were cries and screams everywhere. Ororo's eyes were bloodshot, and the scene before her completely broke down her inner defenses.
"You...you beasts!"
"Haha, don't be impatient, little girl, there will be more things waiting for you later, hey!"
A soldier was changing the magazine with a lewd smile on his face, looking at the girl inadvertently. The next moment, the smile on his face disappeared instantly and he quickly turned the gun around.
"Sir!"
The mercenary captain kicked the girl, whose pupils turned white and seemed to be in some strange state, to the ground without hesitation.
He looked at the still clear sky with lingering fear, then let out a sigh of relief, realizing that the girl could no longer resist. He squatted beside the girl with interest, grabbed her white hair, and used his fingers to open the girl's tightly closed eyes.
"It would be a shame if you don't watch such a wonderful scene..."
