Therefore, we need to use the spirit and soul to smelt the physical body, comprehend the physical body, make the physical body have the characteristics of the spirit and soul, and make the physical body also comprehend the Dao like the spirit and soul, comprehend the Dao, and get closer to the Dao of heaven and earth."

"The second realm of the Heavenly Man System is the Earth Soul Realm. The core of this realm is to awaken the spiritual body, perceive the primitive earth, absorb the earth's energy from the earth, and then temper the soul, so that the soul has the weight of the earth."

"The third realm of the Heavenly Human System is the Heavenly Soul Realm. "The third realm of the Heaven and Man System: the Realm of True Soul. "The sixth realm of the Heaven and Man System: Unity of Heaven and Man! In this realm, one can sense the heaven and earth, sense the wilderness, and sense the way of heaven with oneself. "The ninth realm of the Heavenly Man System - the Heaven Sealing Realm. In this realm, one continues to comprehend the Great Dao, arouses the long river of the Great Dao imprinted by the soul, and then rushes towards the Heavenly Dao, rushes towards the Great Wilderness, and rushes towards the place where the gods are three feet above the head. After cultivating to this realm, there is no blessing from heaven and earth at all, which is comparable to the realm of Hunyuan. It can also be regarded as an alternative Great Dao Hunyuan!"

"The tenth realm of the Heavenly Man System: the realm of Hunyuan. This realm is to jump out of the place where the gods are, jump out of the place where the heavenly way and the primeval world are, and achieve the great way of Hunyuan."

“The Ten Realms of Heaven and Man are the core and practice of the Heaven and Man system. It is also a path to achieve Hunyuan. Even if it cannot achieve the Great Dao Hunyuan, it can enable oneself to gain strength comparable to the Great Dao Hunyuan!”
