Chapter 52: Conquering the dragon and taming the tiger, Kan and Li mate!

Chapter 52: Conquering the dragon and taming the tiger, Kan and Li mate!
"It is difficult to find someone who can make the elixir of life, but it is easy to achieve."

It is said that it is hard to meet a true master. In this environment where each school cherishes its own things, even if Liu Xingyang only teaches the basic Quanzhen Qigong method, it can be considered generous.

The way he taught the method of practicing Qi was very simple. He just used his own true Qi to lead Wang Yuanjing through it once, and then the other party just had to follow the steps.

just
But now this true master has encountered a small problem.

"Junior brother, please control yourself."

Liu Xingyang wiped the sweat from his forehead.

As soon as his true energy entered Wang Yuanjing's body, he felt a huge obstruction.

How can I take him away if this goes on?
Although his method is simple, it is also based on one condition, that is, the person being led cannot be too strong.

It's okay to walk while holding a small stone, but how can you walk while carrying a mountain on your back?
Didn't Tu Junfang say that Junior Brother Wang had never learned the method of condensing Qi? Then what about this strong body of true Qi?

Liu Xingyang was in deep pain at this moment, as his junior fellow apprentice Huang Ming was watching him. He really lost face.

"oh oh!"

Wang Yuanjing suddenly realized and quickly began to regulate his breathing and circulate his energy.

He felt a little embarrassed, because he really didn't expect something like this to happen.

"call"

Now it’s easy!
Liu Xingyang thought to himself that with Wang Yuanjing's active cooperation, his true Qi began to flow in his body.

"The method of Qi circulation I'm teaching you is the way of the small Zhoutian. That is, the true Qi forms a small Zhoutian in the body, like a spring that flows endlessly."

The small and large circulations are Taoist terms.

The true Qi starts from the lower Dantian, and is pulled upward along the Du channel. After passing through the three gates of the coccyx, the spine, and the occipital bone, it gathers at the top of the head, then goes down from the ears and cheeks to the tip of the tongue to connect to the Ren channel, and returns to the lower Dantian.

It plays the role of refining essence into Qi, and refining Qi into spirit.

This is also the secret of the Quanzhen dual cultivation of sex and life.

As for the Great Zhoutian, it is a secret that is not passed on. Only true descendants of Quanzhen and those who have achieved a certain level of merit can practice it.

At that time, when the Qi has reached a certain level, it will flow through the eight extraordinary meridians and the twelve regular meridians, and finally form the Great Circulation, and its effect in tempering life will be even greater.

"The true Qi flows from bottom to top as the normal flow, and from top to bottom as the reverse flow. In fact, it is the opposite. The normal flow is the Du channel, and the reverse flow is the Ren channel."

"The first thing a cultivator must go through is these three difficulties."

While guiding the flow of Wang Yuanjing's true Qi, Liu Xingyang introduced it to him and Huang Ming.

"When Qi moves along the Du channel, it will encounter three difficulties. Later, the predecessors who practiced Qi summarized some methods to help people pass the three difficulties better."

"This method is called the Three-Car Force."

"Three car forces?"

Huang Ming asked with some confusion.

In fact, Liu Xingyang's words were mostly addressed to Huang Ming, who had just started, so he was not clear about the basic common sense in the circle.

Most of the self-cultivation lineages in this world have to go through three levels, and the same is true for the Three Demon Sects. Only after passing these three levels will the differences appear.

Although Wang Yuanjing had never practiced the Three Demon Sects' Qi-refining method, he was still clear about some of the theories.

"The so-called three vehicle powers are sheep power, deer power, and tiger power."

"From the coccyx gate to the double gate of the jiaji, move the qi like a sheep pulling a cart, walk slowly and carefully."

"From the Jiaji spine to the Yuzhen, it moves fast and with big strides, like a deer pulling a cart."

"After passing the Jade Pillow, the Qi is lifted and sent to the Niwan Palace, like a tiger pulling a cart, moving forward with great force and rushing through in one go."

"Of course, this is just one of many ways of cultivation. Not all Qi practitioners agree with the Three Vehicle Power method."

While Liu Xingyang was introducing, he was guiding Wang Yuanjing's true Qi upward.

"Then, Senior Brother, how are we at Baiyun Temple going to pass these three levels?"

Huang Ming asked curiously.

"Nothing is absolute. There are many opinions about the three-wheel power. I personally think that the best one is the one that suits you." Liu Xingyang replied.

In the book Journey to the West, the three chariot forces are regarded as evil heretics. Although they can use some tricks to deceive people, they are still vulnerable in the face of the law.
The cart, which even five hundred monks could not pull, was pulled across the Jiaji Pass by the monkey in one go.

Liu Xingyang felt that this view was a bit narrow-minded. Not everyone in this world is like the clever stone monkey, who can understand changes, know the weather, understand the terrain, and move stars and constellations.

There are more ordinary people with ordinary qualifications who are still on the path of cultivation.

There is no good or bad law, as long as you have a clear conscience.

"For someone like Junior Brother Wang, just do it in one go."

Liu Xingyang said.

The innate nature is full, the mind is firm, and with a breath of true Qi, nothing can stop it.

As soon as he finished speaking, the true Qi guiding Wang Yuanjing had already arrived at the Niwan Palace. The difficulty of the three levels was only suitable for mediocre people.
"After passing the three levels, it is the Niwan Palace."

"This place is also called the Heart of Heaven. The human spirit resides in this one-inch square area."

Having said this, Liu Xingyang hesitated for a moment.

"Some people now believe that this may be the biological pineal gland, but whether it is or not is still undetermined."

"I'm just mentioning it. If you have the chance in the future, you can find out for yourself."

Liu Xingyang did not dare to guarantee this statement, after all, one is science and the other is metaphysics.

Apart from anything else, biology has not yet found the existence of meridians.

"From Niwan Palace down to Magpie Bridge."

In Taoism, when Qi circulates throughout the body, city gates, bridges, and multi-story buildings are generally considered to be key points, and flowing water is used to represent true Qi.

There is a new level of heaven and the location of the Magpie Bridge is probably near the nose.

"Beyond the Magpie Bridge is the Huachi. At this time, golden juice and jade wine will appear in the mouth of the practitioner, and he will reach the state of spontaneous saliva production and a lingering fragrance in his mouth."

Wang Yuanjing's small Zhoutian method seemed to be particularly smooth, and he soon arrived at the location of Huachi mentioned by Liu Xingyang.

He just lightly pressed his tongue against the roof of his mouth, and with the Ren and Du meridians connected, saliva began to flow out of his mouth. As Liu Xingyang said, it was exceptionally sweet.

Liu Xingyang was not surprised and had become somewhat immune to it.

Ever since he couldn't move the other party's true Qi, he knew that this cousin in front of him was no ordinary person.

"After the Huachi is the Twelve-Story Tower, and then the stomach. When the true Qi reaches this point, there will be a warm feeling in the stomach, a different world."

"It is just like the feeling in the book of alchemy, 'everything in the world is as soft as cotton'."

Huang Ming was confused. At this point he was actually unable to keep up with the other two's progress, so Liu Xingyang was almost speaking to Wang Yuanjing alone.

"The next step is the most critical part, the true qi flows to the middle dantian."

"The human consciousness lives here. The consciousness is acquired after birth and resides in the heart."

Liu Xingyang withdrew his true energy from Wang Yuanjing's body, and the latter looked at him in confusion.

"I can't help you with what's next. You have to do it on your own."

"Just listen to this."

"I have a formula, please listen to it."

"The divine fire is used, the mind earth is the body, and the essence water is the foundation. The three words converge, yin and yang merge, the dragon is subdued and the tiger is subdued, and Kan and Li mate!"

This section of knowledge on cultivation comes from the Inner View Diagram of the Key to Sex and Life.

Interested readers can check it out for themselves.

As for the distinction between the small and large circulations, there is a certain element of dichotomy.

Everyone can understand that many extraordinary people who practice self-cultivation follow the path of circulating Qi through the heavens. Anything that starts from the lower Dantian and passes through the Ren and Du meridians and returns to the lower Dantian can be regarded as the small circulation.

However, the places they pass through in the middle may be different for each sect.

This is the difference. What Liu Xingyang taught him was the Quanzhen Xiao Zhoutian Gongfa. As for whether it can be passed on, I personally think it can. It is a basic Gongfa. As a master of the scriptures, Liu Xingyang does have this power. Isn't Lu Linglong also a lay disciple of Quanzhen?
